What is your delivery policy?

At Decor Guru, we are committed to ensuring your home décor pieces arrive safely and on time anywhere in Jamaica. Please review our delivery policy below for details on order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery procedures.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an update confirming that your package is on its way.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Kingston & St. Andrew: 2–4 business days
  • Portmore & Spanish Town: 2–5 business days
  • Other Parishes: 3–6 business days
  • Rural Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

We may offer promotional free delivery on selected orders or during special promotions.

Delivery Requirements

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided at checkout are accurate. Our delivery partners may contact you before delivery to confirm your availability.

If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, this may result in delays or additional delivery fees.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery:

  • Our courier partner may contact you to reschedule delivery.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery attempts.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package/items.

We will review the issue and work quickly to provide a suitable resolution.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, Decor Guru is not responsible for delays caused by:

What is your return policy?

At Decor Guru, we take pride in offering quality home décor items and encourage our customers to carefully review their selections before making a purchase. Please ensure that the item suits your needs, style, and space before placing your order.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

We only accept returns and offer refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item must be submitted for review

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

No Returns for Change of Mind

Because we encourage customers to review all product details before purchasing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect item selection by the customer
  • Items that do not match the customer’s décor expectations after purchase

We recommend reviewing product descriptions, measurements, colors, and images carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, Decor Guru will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only offer delivery within Jamaica. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment via PayPal. We also accept direct bank transfers, however payment must be reflected before delivery is made.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our customer service team. If your order has already dispatched. The sale is final.

Do you have a size guide?

To ensure that each item meets your expectations, we provide product measurements and dimensions on all applicable product pages.

We kindly ask customers to review all measurements carefully before making a purchase.

Slight colour differences between the product images and the delivered item are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Returns Related to Size

Because product dimensions are provided in advance, Decor Guru does not accept returns or refunds for items that do not fit the customer’s intended space or do not meet personal size expectations.

Returns or refunds will only be accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
